INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

  • Please download the registration form and enter your Passport or ID number and start filling in the form with your personal data.  
  • When completing the form, you will notice different options will be opening, as pre and post Conference tours, hotels, airport transfers, payment forms and also cancellation policies.  
  • Under details and registrations costs,  you will find indication as to what is included in each case (delegate, companion, Uruguayan members of the Hereford and Rural Associations, students)
  • Conference registration includes a day  field tour to a breeders stud and Kiyú test station on Monday 18th.   The rest of the days till Friday 22nd activities  such as Conferences, countries’ reports, show, jury and sales will be held at the Rural Association.
  • Pre and Post  Conference tours include lunch and accommodation and costs are per person on single or double  basis.
  • Pre-Conference tour will be from 16th to 17th April with night in Punta del Este.
  • Post-Conference tours will be leaving Montevideo on Saturday 23rd returning on Monday 25th in the evening.  Due to hotels capacity in the countryside both post-Conference tours will be simultaneous and you will have to choose between Tour 3 (Option A) and Tour 4 (Option B) .   Allocation will be according to hotels availability and  “first in first served basis”.
  • You have various options to choose accommodation in Montevideo.  The Sheraton hotel will be the official hotel  and there are several options of other hotels’  categories in the vicinity at  walking distance to the Sheraton.    Transfers  to and from official hotels to the Rural Association  will be provided for foreign participants.    
  • Costs for accommodation in Montevideo are per room in single or double basis and please indicate if you come with children.     For special requests you can contact the official travel agency through the link provided.    If you are participating of the pre-Conference tour you must also  book  in Montevideo the night of Friday 15th as tour leaves on the 16th in the early morning.    Also, you must book your hotel in Montevideo for the Conference from Sunday 17th until Friday 22nd included, and if you attend any of the post-Conference tours you need to book the night of Monday 25th until your departure.   We recommend to book hotels through the organization due to tours departures and transfers to the Rural Association.
  • Airport transfer can be booked also through the website form.   Costs for transfers are per vehicle, (car, van, bur) and per trip.
  • In case of group bookings each member must fill in his/her own form or  to be filled in by the group delegate for them.   You  can leave airport transfer aside and pay it separately if a bus to be booked with total payment according to payment policies.     For group payments bank draft is requested.   Group delegate should send a list of all delegation names  to the Secretariat.  Having on-line registration will help correct personal details in our database with no errors.
  • Individual registrations can be paid through the different options (bank draft, credit cards, Western Union, Abitab)
  • After selecting all different ítems in the form you will find the final resumé of your registration request.
  • You will then see payment and cancellation options details.
  • Please read carefully the notes and recommendations which appear in the form.
  • Once the process is finished, you will receive automatic reply for your registratrion which will be in process subject to reception of payment.    For any changes or amendments you wish to make  later on  regarding hotel bookings, tours, transfers, please contact the Secretariat by email: registrations@congresos-rohr.com .  On-line amendments will no longer be possible  with the password  provided when registering  some time ago
  • We also suggest to contact through the same website www.hereforduruguay2016  “visas” to see if according to your Passport you need one.   In that case ask for the invitation letter for this purpose with sufficient time.

General registrations include:  Welcome Reception  on Sunday 17thField trip and Kiyú Test Station visit  on Monday 18th,  Networking cocktail on Tuesday 19th, Opening Ceremony and Cocktail on Wednesday 20th, Gala Sales cocktail on Thursday 21st; Gala dinner on Friday 22nd, 5 lunches, 4 receptions, 1 gala dinner, coffee breaks during Conferences, transfers between official hotels and Conference venue (Rural Association) and to and from social activities and Monday 18th  field trip. 

*Accompanying members registrations:  IT DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCESS TO CONFERENCES nor conference materials.  They include social activities as per their partners.

** Uruguayan Members registrations:  Include all activities as general registrations but do not include transfers to and from Rural Association nor transfer to field trip on Monday 18th.
